DAVID LURASCHI

David Luraschi is a French-American artist based in France.

As a photographer he is a contributor to publications like VOGUE, M LE MONDE , APARTAMENTO or DAZED. His photographs have been exhibited in Europe, the US & Asia and featured in many books.

In the summer of 2021, Luraschi released a first monograph titled ENSEMBLE, in collaboration with the publisher Loose Joints expanding on a project initiated by Simon Porte Jacquemus in 2017.

In 2023 he co founded and launched nara. a creative studio presenting a first collection of modular furniture titled family.

In 2024, his long-running series of back photographs was published as the monograph STOP FOLLOWING ME by Anura Editions.

As a film director he has released a few shorts including HOW TO MAKE A BOOK with Ralph Gibson, PENNY GIRL with Cola Boyy or MARSEILLE JE T’AIME for JACQUEMUS.

Luraschi has collaborated with some of the leading stylists and

art directors in the fashion industry and has also photographed

a range of cultural figures, Oscar-nominated actresses or icons.

Luraschi also engages in the academic and institutional world.

He has participated in conferences and public talks at venues such as the Jeu de Paume and Paris Photo. He has taught in the Master’s program at ECAL in Lausanne and is regularly invited to speak in contexts on photography, publishing, and visual culture.

Most recently he collaborated with model artist Marte Mei and stylist Anna Classen in producing an extensive photo story for

M le Magazine du Monde, an accessory story for the March 2026 issue.
